Car Finance Provider Zuto Creates Over 150 Jobs in 2021

Since January 2021, despite an increasingly competitive recruitment market, Manchester based car finance company Zuto have hired over 150 new employees. With plans to hire a further 100 by the end of the year.

The new hires are based in the Manchester and Macclesfield offices, demonstrating Zuto’s commitment to boosting local recruitment.

Zuto also launched their sales graduate programme this year and are proud to have recruited 35 graduates so far in 2021 with plans to hire more throughout the rest of this year.

Andrew Fisher, Head of Recruitment at Zuto said ‘The recruitment market in the North West is the most competitive I’ve known it. The start of 2021 didn’t see the usual ‘New Year, new job’ boom like previous years, and with big household names all competing for the same talent, launching our sales graduate programme has helped us navigate those challenges and continue to grow.’

To help with the shortage of talent, Zuto has also invested in its training and development departments to put more time and emphasis on training the best young talent in the North West.

Andrew said ‘with 60% of our management team being promoted within, training and development has always been at the forefront of what we do. Investing even more in this area allows us to be confident in ramping up our graduate programme.’
